Online Registration

 

REGISTRATION REQUIRES THE COMPLETION OF THE FOLLOWING STEPS.

  1. Submit a new registration form every year.

  2. Read School Guidelines and abide by them.

  3. Each family needs to put 24 hours a year 12 hours each semester.

  4. You have the option to buyout from volunteering by $400 (check paid to WVMA/RSS).

  5. We will charge each family a $120 per child per month through our PayPal account automatically.

  6. Payments should be paid online on August 1st, we don’t accept cash or checks.

  7. Tuition is NOT REFUNDABLE after the first month of your payment even if you withdraw due to prepaid commitments.

  8. $75 payment for supplies & material which will be paid once a year, and is found on the website as well.

  9. Friday March 6th, 2019  is the registration for returning families. Registration is done online.  All continuing families are guaranteed enrollment if they register on time, otherwise they will go back to the waiting list.

  10. New families may register their child’s name on our waiting list anytime during the year, but we will contact them upon the vacancies in our classes. If your child got in; you will hear from us, otherwise we appreciate your patience, and forgive us for not replying to all the emails we receive.

  12. You are expected to show your involvement at school and at home. We are working on improving your child’s personality and this is a two way process.

  13. SCHOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION TO ANYONE.

  14. SCHOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REGISTER OR END THE REGISTRATION OF ANYONE ANY TIME.


Materials FEES

Supplies and Materials: $75, and this is done online as well.

Continuing students must pre-register during the month of April in the Spring Quarter for the following year. All continuing families are guaranteed enrollment if they pre-register.

CANCELLATION

  1. Withdrawing from school any time during the first three weeks will forfeit $360 of the full tuition fees. No registration fee will be refunded.

  2. WithWithdrawing from school any time after the first month will cause you to lose all your tuition and we will withdraw the $120 on a monthly basis, due to the fact that we stop taking any new students from the waiting list; school needs to maintain the payments to Saratoga Elementary School for the classroom rentals.

  3. School’s administration should be informed about the withdrawal by an email as soon as you know.
